It helps to run the free check first and mention what it found. If you would rather a person read your site before we talk, that is the report. That way the first reply is about your site rather than about ours.

What happens after you send it

We read it, spend some time on your site, and write back with what we think. If a rebuild is the wrong answer we'll tell you that.

If it looks like a fit, the next step is a conversation about what your site needs. Nobody is quoted a different price: the prices are published and they're the same for everyone. The one discount is for referrals, and it's published on the same page.
