The $25 report

The report is a person's time, spent the day you order it, so the $25 is not refunded. Book a build within 30 days and the whole $25 comes off the price instead. If something in it is wrong, tell us and it gets corrected.

The build

The full build price books the slot. Cancel before work starts and 90% of it comes back.

The 10% covers two things: the card fee, which the card company keeps whether the payment is refunded or not, and the slot that was held for you, which somebody else was turned away from.

Work starts on day one of the timetable on the process page, which is the day we begin going through your current site and saving what is on it. From then on it is not refundable, because the work it paid for is being done. When the site is live it is yours, and there is nothing to take back.

The care plan

Six months at the least. That is published on the packages page and it is not a surprise clause. If you stop inside the six months, the remaining months are still due, and once they are paid the site and your web address transfer to you the same as they would at the end.

After the six months, cancel whenever you like. The month you have already paid for runs to the end of that month, and there are no part month refunds. On the way out the whole site and your web address transfer to you at no charge. There is no exit fee.

Extra pages and articles

Before a page or an article is written, the whole price is refunded. Once it is written and on your site, it is not.

How to ask

Email info@breederwebstudio.com or call (360) 984-8059. A refund goes back to the card that paid, and the bank usually takes a few days to show it.

If something is wrong, write first. A chargeback raised without a word costs both of us more than the fix would have.
