For catteries
A cattery website, built by someone who runs a cattery.
Custom built, moved off Wix or Squarespace without losing what you've earned, editable from your phone so it doesn't go stale between litters, and live in up to two weeks.
What a serious buyer checks before they write to you
- Your full name, somewhere on the site
- TICA or CFA, and which
- PKD and HCM results with a laboratory and a date, not the phrase health tested
- A contract they can read before they commit
- How the waitlist works, and where they would stand on it
- A price
- A kittens page that has been touched this season
A template with a gallery and a contact form answers almost none of this, and a Facebook page answers none of it to Google or ChatGPT. How many sites answer each one is below.
What's usually wrong
We read twenty-three independent cat and dog breeder sites on 28 August 2026, found the way a buyer finds them, and counted what each one answered from the list above. Every one is named in the free download, so none of this has to be taken on trust.
Twenty-three sites, eleven cat and twelve dog, read on 28 August 2026. The full fifteen-point list, with every site named, is in the findings.
The two grey bars are where the market has already moved: half publish a price and most explain the waitlist. The five blue ones are the gap. Almost nobody names a person, shows the contract, or puts a result on the page instead of the phrase health tested. A build with us includes all of that, written out.
What a cattery build includes
- The move. Off Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy, with every old address pointed at its new page, so nothing that already ranks lands on a dead page.
- The availability engine. One change to a kitten moves the cards, the litter pages, the reserved popup, the banner and the facts behind the page together.
- The editor. Photographs from your camera roll, edits from the sofa, no dashboard to learn and no designer to email.
- The words. Price, the waitlist with breeder picks explained, health testing with the actual results, and the FAQ that stops the repetitive email.
- The facts behind the page. A short list Google and ChatGPT read: the cattery, its location, the breed and each available kitten.
Why the cat side is different
Registries, for a start. TICA and CFA registration displayed properly, PKD and HCM results with the laboratory and the date next to them rather than a certificate photographed on a kitchen table. Kitten buyers search by color and pattern in a way puppy buyers don't, which changes what the landing pages are for.
Two client builds show what that looks like. Lapdolls Ragdoll Cattery is a Ragdoll program in Vancouver, Washington, and Exotic Stars Persian Cattery has been rebuilt and live since August 2026. Dog breeders have their own page, because the registries, the health testing and the searches are different.
Questions
How much does a cattery website cost?
Three builds at $2,200, $3,400 and $4,800, plus a care plan from $150 a month. Every number is on the prices page and nothing changes because of who is asking.
Can I move off Wix without losing my Google ranking?
Yes, if every old address is pointed at its new home before launch. That map is part of every build we do. A rebuild that skips it is the reason people say a redesign killed their traffic.
Can I update the kittens myself?
Yes, and the editor comes with every build. Add a kitten or mark one reserved from your phone and the cards, the litter pages, the banner and the facts behind the page all change together.
Do you work with catteries outside the Pacific Northwest?
Anywhere in the United States. The work is remote and the only thing that changes by state is which searches matter and what you're required to display.
How long does it take?
Up to two weeks from the first call to launch, whichever build you choose. The first two days are mostly you sending us what you already have, and the timetable is written out day by day.
What if I only need a few pages written rather than a whole site?
We'll tell you what those pages would take, and whether they're worth doing without the rest.

Tell us what's going on with your cattery site.
Every message gets read and answered either way, usually within two working days. If a rebuild is the wrong answer, we'll tell you.
