Case study
Live, and written down before it started.
The site is live. The old one was measured and written down before a line of it was touched, so when there's a result it'll be a comparison rather than a claim.

What happened first
Before anything was touched, the old site was gone through page by page and every problem written into a record with a date on it. What was missing, what was thin, what AI couldn't make sense of, which pages existed but were linked from nowhere.
That record was made on 24 August 2026. It's the reason this rebuild will be able to say what changed instead of asserting that things improved.
Why we do it that way
Agency case studies are usually written after the fact, from memory, by the person being paid. A baseline taken before the work starts is the only thing that turns a claim into evidence, and it costs an afternoon.
No score appears on this page or on any other. We ran our own tool against the same site more than once and didn't get the same answer twice, so publishing a number out of ten would be publishing something we can't reproduce. This site publishes findings and never a score, and that isn't going to change.
What was changed
- The structure first: one page per thing a buyer searches for, instead of one page per idea
- The words on the pages that had none, which on a Persian cattery site is usually price, the waitlist and the health testing
- The facts behind the pages that Google and ChatGPT read: the cattery, the location and the available kittens
- Every old address pointed at its new page, so the pages that already earned something keep it

In their words
“Our old site was not designed for phones and we were not showing up on Google at all. Mark rebuilt the whole site and kept me in the loop the entire time. Now the site looks the way I wanted our cattery to look, it works on a phone, and buyers from outside the area are finding us.”
Exotic Stars Persian CatteryWhat isn't here yet
The search figures. The web address was pointed at the rebuild and the new site is the one people see now, checked on 30 August 2026. What's left is time. Google has to come back and read the new pages, and there has to be enough of a run after that for a comparison to mean anything. Until then there's no result to report, and this page won't invent one.
