Who you are dealing with

Breeder Web Studio is one person, Mark Truderung. There is no team, and no page here pretends there is one.

The free tools

The site check and the two calculators are free, and there is no sign-up. They come as they are, with no guarantee attached.

The check reads pages that are already public, so you may run it on a site you do not own. Do not run it against the same address over and over.

The calculators work out an answer from the pedigree you type in. That is arithmetic, not advice. A coefficient of inbreeding is a number about ancestors, and it knows nothing about the cats standing in front of your vet.

What is promised, and what is not

A site built here is written and marked up so that Google and ChatGPT can read who you are, where you are and what you breed. That part is in our hands.

Where you rank is not, and neither is whether an AI answer names you. Part of every AI answer is built from pages nobody owns, like forum threads and club listings. Anyone promising you a ranking or a mention is selling something they cannot deliver.

Prices

The prices on the packages page are the prices. The one discount is the referral one, and it is published on the same page.

Paying

The full price is paid to book. The care plan runs for six months at the least, then month to month. What happens if you change your mind is on the refunds page.

Who owns what

Your words, your photographs and your web address are yours the whole way through and at the end. If you cancel after the six months, the finished site and the web address transfer to you at no charge, and you can take them to any other designer.

The tools underneath stay ours. The editor, the availability engine and the way the pages are put together get used again for other breeders, and that is the reason a custom site here starts at $2,200 rather than five figures.

The photographs and words you send

When you send them, you are saying you have the right to use them. Pictures from a photographer usually come with terms attached, and a kitten photograph somebody else took stays theirs until they say otherwise.

Showing your site as an example

A finished site goes on the work page only with your permission in writing. Both of the sites on there now were asked, and both said yes.

If something goes wrong

Tell us and it gets fixed. Where money is at stake, what can be claimed back is limited to what you have paid us.

The law it runs under

These terms run under the law of Washington State, which is where the studio is.
